AI Tech Lead

Requirements:

• Were looking for 6–8 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or a related technology field.
• We require experience with machine learning and/or Generative AI applications.
• Were seeking practical experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, particularly Claude and Kiro.
• We require experience building RAG applications using embeddings and vector search.
• Were looking for experience with REST APIs and microservices, plus familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
• We expect a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred: At least 2 years of hands-on AI/ML or Generative AI experience, including team leadership.
• Preferred: Knowledge of AI agents and agentic workflows, and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Preferred: Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, AI evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI.
• Preferred: Experience with enterprise data or regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or insurance.
• Preferred: Experience with technologies including Python, SQL, NLP, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, document stores, and CI/CD.
• Preferred: Experience with LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.

Responsibilities:

• Well count on you to develop and implement AI/ML solutions and take Generative AI applications from prototype to production.
• Youll build LLM-based applications, including solutions using Kiro or Claude, and develop RAG applications with document processing, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Youll integrate LLM platforms such as OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, or equivalent services, into AI solutions.
• Youll create AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and tools for document summarization, classification, extraction, and knowledge management.
• Youll apply prompt engineering and assess LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, and reliability.
• Youll build REST APIs and microservices that make AI capabilities available to enterprise applications.
• Youll work with structured and unstructured data and develop data preparation and processing pipelines.
• Youll implement AI solutions using AWS cloud services.
• Youll collaborate with engineers and architects to design scalable, production-ready solutions and participate in proof-of-concepts to assess emerging AI technologies.
• Youll develop unit and integration tests, automate application validation, and monitor AI applications to troubleshoot performance, accuracy, and production issues.
• Youll follow our enterprise standards for security, data privacy, responsible AI, and application development.
• Youll contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and knowledge-sharing, and manage a team of offshore AI Engineers.
