AI Trainer (Remote)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, with clear written communication and comfort speaking naturally in everyday conversations
• Pursuing or holding a bachelors degree or higher
• Strong attention to detail and patience when reviewing audio, images, and video
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations conversationally
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews
• Able to make a clear choice when both options have flaws
• A computer with reliable internet access and headphones
• A quiet place to speak for projects involving live conversations
• Ratings and written explanations must be your own work; AI tools may not be used to write them
• Willing to complete a short screening and onboarding, which may include a brief spoken English check

Responsibilities:

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank their naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and assess which better follows the prompt
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in or replaying them, to identify issues such as distorted anatomy, flickering, unnatural motion, text errors, or mismatched audio and video
• Rate outputs for prompt adherence, quality, and realism, and write specific English explanations based on what you observed or heard
