Airborne Electronic Attack Program Analyst

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
• Associate degree or technical school education plus 7 years of experience, high school diploma or GED plus 13 years of experience, or a bachelors degree plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance throughout employment.
• Must be able to work onsite; this position is not eligible for remote work.
• Familiarity with F/A-18 and EA-18G configuration management practices.
• Familiarity with OSEE and AMPSS data management tools.
• Familiarity with ALERT, DIVERSE, and REACT automated tracking tools is desired.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and track data in the Open System Engineering Environment (OSEE) and Asset Management, Planning, and Scheduling Solution (AMPSS).
• Upload, monitor, and close out AEW test points under the direction of System Engineers and Flight Test Engineers; respond to inquiries about submissions and status, ensure required data is included, and coordinate peer reviews.
• Track System Anomaly Reports (SARs) and Change Requests (CRs) on the E/F/G Kanban board, update the board weekly before team meetings, and upload CRs provided by Cognizant Engineers.
• Collect monthly DTA burn logs and submit them to Cyber Security; coordinate monthly with Cyber Security on Data Transfer Agent (DTA) updates.
• Keep the AEW team informed about Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and security guidelines.
• Track aircraft hardware inventory and maintain its tracking tool.
• Assist with implementing tracking tools such as ALERT, DIVERSE, and REACT.
