Appian Developer - Hybrid

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in Appian or full-stack development.
• Strong front-end skills with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Hands-on experience developing with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of SQL programming, including writing and simplifying complex queries and improving query performance.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Positive, collaborative approach and strong work ethic.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Appian SAIL, Records, Process Modeling, Integrations, and WebAPIs.
• Preferred: Experience with Appian administration and configuration in a self-managed environment.
• Preferred: Experience with Flask and Python.
• Preferred: Experience with Kubernetes.
• Preferred: Investment banking experience.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Appian platform, working across the application stack from front-end UI/UX to back-end databases and process modeling.
• Build and maintain software applications, tools, and functions for the business.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.
• Maintain documentation for code, processes, and systems.
• Support quality assurance testing and implement fixes for exceptions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Help ensure applications comply with security and data protection requirements.
