Applications Engineer - Software & Systems

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Chemical Engineering
• Over 6 years of experience in a technical support or field applications role for Tier 1 clients
• Preferably located in the Bay Area and able to work from the HQ office
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience or in-depth knowledge of advanced material solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Recommend enhancements to materials for customers, illustrating how modifications can lower expenses and boost performance
• Engage with current and potential clients to comprehend their requirements and objectives
• Deliver product demonstrations, address technical inquiries, and effectively convey the value proposition
• Independently strategize and manage territory to guarantee efficient development and meet or surpass targets
• Act as the customer advocate by collaborating closely with engineering teams to integrate feedback and prioritize product features
• Partner with internal technical staff and R&D to create customized solutions for each client
