BAS and HVAC Systems Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC control systems
• Proficient in HVAC controls engineering and/or programming
• Knowledgeable in one or more BAS systems such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or Daikin
• Preferred experience with Tridium Niagara, including certification
• Familiarity with GUI development for hardware supporting LonWorks, BACnet, and Modbus DDC Controls
• Experience with Automated Logic or Distech systems is a bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead the programming and graphics development for Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Oversee the commissioning of BMS across a variety of projects
• Create custom databases and troubleshoot network issues
• Coordinate field activities and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Provide training for end-users on system operations
• Engage in hands-on tasks related to system installations and configurations
