BVT Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Proven experience in business validation testing or a similar analytical role
• Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and test management platforms
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and documenting findings
• Experience with automation testing tools and scripting languages
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulatory compliance standards
• Advanced business analysis or quality assurance certifications, such as CBAP or ISTQB
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain business validation test plans and test cases
• Analyze business processes and data to identify inconsistencies, errors, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and quality assurance to align testing objectives
• Document test results, report defects, and track their resolution through closure
• Provide analysis and recommendations based on test outcomes to support business decisions
• Design, execute, and document test cases that align with business requirements and compliance standards
• Share insights that help mitigate risks and improve operational workflows
