C# .NET Application Developer

Requirements:

• Were looking for roughly 3–5 years of hands-on C# full-stack development experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building or integrating APIs.
• Experience supporting production applications and testing your own work.
• Comfort taking ownership across the application lifecycle on a small team.
• Entity Framework experience is preferred.
• Experience with application security, compliance, or data encryption is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred; experience with financial applications is also relevant.

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve web applications using C# and .NET.
• Develop and maintain APIs, data integrations, and SQL-based solutions.
• Work across the application stack, including frontend features and backend data processing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver fixes through testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with the team to design practical, end-to-end solutions for business and customer needs.

Youll work on internal and customer-facing web applications, initially focusing on backend development and data processing, with the opportunity to contribute ideas, learn the business, and see the impact of your work. This hands-on, full-time role involves taking solutions from development through testing and production support. It is based in the western Chicago suburbs, onsite initially and then hybrid after six months, with two remote days per week. The listed salary range is $110,000–$130,000.
