Chief Information Security Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Security, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background building and executing enterprise security programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and data protection practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Ulines Security Operating Model, identifying staffing needs and third-party vendors to mitigate risk.
• Build, develop, and lead Information Security teams, setting clear expectations and supporting performance, accountability, and long-term talent development.
• Define and advance an enterprise-wide security strategy aligned with business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Oversee security policies, standards, and controls to meet regulatory requirements and protect the business.
• Report on security risks, incidents, and performance, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.

In this role, you will work with executive leaders and business teams to protect critical data and strengthen resilience. Our 450+ person in-house technology team develops and supports custom systems used across our operations, from warehouse management to e-commerce.
