Client Solutions Engineer - FreeWheel

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• A bachelors degree is preferred; we may also consider a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
• Experience with video technologies and/or online advertising is a plus.
• Strong skills with web and mobile technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, ActionScript 3, Objective-C, and XML.
• Working knowledge of database structures and SQL.
• Experience with programmatic ad serving, including DSPs and SSPs, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions and business value to audiences ranging from developers to executives.
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach in technical and non-technical work with clients and teammates.
• Creative problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and seek input when needed.
• Intellectual curiosity, optimism, a sense of humor, and interest in helping reshape television.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document business and technical solutions for client projects.
• Execute standard feature enablement and client onboarding.
• Support complex implementations and work with Senior and Lead Solutions Engineers to clarify resolution paths for new or unclear use cases.
• Provide timely technical support and resolve escalated field service questions from the support team.
• Serve as the primary liaison among clients, account teams, engineering, and product management, offering guidance and feedback on product usage, gaps, and needs.
• Advise Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue Development on messaging, materials, and product features.
• Provide technical expertise for strategic presales efforts requiring deep insight into our technology.
• Train internal teams and, occasionally, clients.
• Develop and share best practices across our company, support Client Services, standardize proven solutions, and serve as a trusted expert internally and externally.
