CrowdStrike EDR Analyst

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience in enterprise endpoint environments
• 5+ years of hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon administration in large enterprises
• Expert knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and their native security features
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Bash for automation and analysis
• Strong understanding of network protocols and host-based firewalls
• Demonstrated contributions to complex projects that improve cybersecurity hygiene
• Preferred: Experience supporting customer-facing help desk workflows and service-level commitments
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure teams

Responsibilities:

• Own the installation, implementation, maintenance, administration, availability, and performance of CrowdStrike Falcon platform components
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, and health of Falcon sensors across Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud environments
• Troubleshoot sensor installation and communication issues
• Configure and manage prevention policies to align with organizational security posture
• Provide incident support to end users and server owners through the help desk
• Work with Security Analysts and Incident Responders to support effective threat detection, investigation, and response
• Create and maintain documentation covering CrowdStrike configurations, processes, and best practices
• Collaborate with the Endpoint team to resolve EDR support tickets, share knowledge, communicate status, and deliver timely, accurate resolutions
• Partner with IT, Network, and System Administration teams to integrate security solutions with enterprise infrastructure
