Customer Service Professional

We're looking for a Customer Service Professional for our client in the banking sector

Description of work task to be carried out

• Provide customer service across multiple channels and support sales activities
• Consult internal colleagues on savings and life insurance matters
• Handle customer complaints and regulatory inquiries in accordance with applicable requirements

Must-have knowledge and experience

• At least 1 year of experience in the financial or insurance sector, in customer service roles or equivalent.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills, proficiency in Swedish is a great advantage.
• A customer-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility in changing work situations.

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

Knowledge of insurance/savings products is considered an advantage.

Start date: 2026-11-10

End date: 2027-11-30 (initially 6 month contract)

Workload: 100% (38 h/week)

Location: Helsinki (3 days week at office is mandatory)

Language: Finnish & English
