Data & Analytics Engineer

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL, business intelligence, and analytics.
• Hands-on expertise with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud, plus experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and ETL development.
• Strong skills in Tableau dashboard design and report development, along with experience using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with MicroStrategy reporting and analytics; hands-on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) experience is preferred.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Preferred: experience in large enterprise environments, particularly financial services or credit card domains; knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and BI architecture; or exposure to cloud analytics platforms and modern data integration practices.
• Bachelors or masters degree in Information Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data integration and analytics solutions using Informatica, Oracle ODI, and ETL frameworks.
• Build and support reporting and dashboard solutions with Tableau, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), and MicroStrategy.
• Develop data pipelines, data models, and reporting layers to meet business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Use Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to deliver business insights, KPIs, and reports.
• Assess complex business requirements and turn them into scalable data warehouse and reporting solutions.
• Validate and reconcile data, and perform quality checks to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Improve the performance and reliability of ETL jobs, queries, and reporting solutions.
• Partner with business, data, and application teams on analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support for BI, ETL, and reporting platforms.
