Design Expert

Requirements:

• We are looking for senior-level product design and AI-assisted development expertise, with strong experience in product design, UX/UI, rapid prototyping, design systems, and human-AI collaboration.
• We value demonstrated, shipped work more than formal credentials; a portfolio of delivered products or design systems is strongly preferred.
• We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of experience as a product designer, design lead, or AI-native engineer/vibecoder.
• We prefer experience at a product-focused or design-focused company, startup, or notable independent product.
• We want strong fluency with relevant design and AI development tools, including Figma, Framer, Cursor, Claude Code, v0, and Replit.
• We prefer experience creating rubrics, training materials, design critiques, or evaluation frameworks.
• We are looking for expertise in product judgment, human-centered design, user research, usability testing, and AI-assisted coding.

Responsibilities:

• We create realistic scenarios that cover rapid prototyping, iteration, design systems, and collaboration between product, design, and engineering.
• We develop tasks using AI coding tools and natural-language-to-code workflows.
• We build Design-track tasks with prototyping and design-system tools.
• We apply prompt-driven development, human-centered design, heuristic evaluation, and rapid prototyping methods.
• We produce reference prototypes, code artifacts, design specifications, and usability evaluation reports.
• We develop detailed rubrics that distinguish senior-level product judgment from generic or template-driven work.
• We collaborate on task refinement and evaluation standards.

We are seeking senior Product Design and AI-Assisted Development Experts to create evaluation tasks for AI systems across rapid prototyping, product design, and human-AI collaboration. Experts may contribute to either or both of our focus areas: Vibecoding, which centers on AI-assisted software development, natural-language-to-code workflows, and rapid prototyping, and Design, which covers product design, UX/UI, design systems, component libraries, research, and usability. This is an independent contractor role with a fully remote, flexible, self-directed schedule. Project duration may vary based on business needs and performance, and we offer weekly payments via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
