Developer Relations

Requirements:

• Were looking for strong technical communication skills, including the ability to write clear documentation, tutorials, and technical blog posts.
• We value experience with APIs and developer tools, ideally in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or SaaS environments.
• We expect comfort with at least one modern programming language, such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and common developer workflows, including version control and CI/CD.
• Were seeking a background in developer advocacy, community building, or technical evangelism, including experience presenting to technical audiences.
• We need someone able to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and marketing teams and make technical concepts accessible.
• We value strong problem-solving skills, a user-focused mindset, and the ability to gather and synthesize developer feedback.
• We expect experience working remotely and independently managing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in AI/ML or infrastructure tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• We rely on this role to help developers understand, adopt, and succeed with our unified AI routing API through documentation, tutorials, sample code, and technical content.
• We expect this role to engage with our developer community through forums, social channels, events, and webinars.
• We need this role to gather feedback on product features and work with our engineering and product teams to improve the developer experience.
• We expect this role to create reference implementations and demos.
• We rely on this role to support key partners and customers during integration and represent developers needs within our organization.
