Requirements:

• At least 8 years of software development experience.
• At least 5 years of Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Experience leading Agile development teams.
• Willingness and ability to work on a W-2 basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Dynamics developers.
• Set coding standards and development best practices.
• Design technical solutions for Dynamics and Power Platform functionality.
• Review and approve technical designs and code.
• Coordinate deployments and release management.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
• Mentor junior developers and lead knowledge-transfer sessions.

We are seeking a Dynamics Development Lead for a remote role overseeing the technical implementation team and the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations. The W-2 hourly rate is $75–$85; pay is determined based on skills, experience, and other compensable factors, and other employment options may be available.
