EDI Integration Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information systems, IT, or a related field
• Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or punchout catalogs is preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and develop EDI and punchout catalog solutions for our website, addressing customer and business needs
• Coordinate with our eCommerce, Sales, and IT teams and customers to implement new EDI integrations and enhancements
• Help test EDI and punchout catalog solutions and troubleshoot issues to support a seamless customer experience
• Prepare and maintain documentation, procedure guides, and progress reports for internal teams
