Electrical Engineer

We are looking for Electrical Engineer with immediate start for our client in Västerås

• Electrical design for industrial systems, including schematics, dimensioning, electrical cabinets and system design.
• Experience with frequency converters, transformers and drive systems.
• PLC/HMI and automation experience, preferably both design and programming.
• Good understanding of electrical safety, applicable standards, CE requirements and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently with electrical design tasks in delivery projects and collaborate with project management, production, R&D and other engineering disciplines.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience from heavy industry, steel or aluminium is highly desirable.
• Experience with commissioning, site work and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Experience with customer-specific solutions and international standards is valuable.
• Experience of programming ABB AC500, Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC is an advantage.
• Experience of EB is an advantage.

Location: Västerås

Start: As soon as possible

Assignment period: 16th Nov 2026 to 30 Apr 2027

Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
