Requirements:

• We require native or bilingual fluency in English.
• We require strong writing ability, with excellent grammar and clear expression.

• We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
• We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
• We require candidates to be located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

• We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• We write precise, high-quality code examples along with thorough explanations.
• We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• We provide actionable feedback that helps improve future AI models.
• We work on programming tasks such as building apps, creating coding problems, and analyzing data through visualization and interpretation.
