Epicor Developer (ERP Migration & Modernization)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Epicor ERP development experience; Epicor 10 and/or Kinetic experience is preferred.
• Strong experience with BPMs, Epicor Functions, BAQs, dashboards, DataViews, REST/OData APIs, SQL Server, SSRS, reporting development, and data migration or conversion.
• Experience supporting ERP upgrades, migrations, or modernization projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Epicor Kinetic Application Studio and UX modernization experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of DMT, EDI, middleware, and integration frameworks is preferred.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with cloud deployments and modern API-driven architectures is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support Epicor Kinetic customizations, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and Epicor Functions.
• Support legacy ERP migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and conversion.
• Design and build integrations using REST APIs, OData services, EDI, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Modernize legacy customizations, reports, and workflows in line with Epicor Kinetic best practices.
• Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and post-launch hypercare.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving Epicor applications, integrations, and database performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Help migrate legacy ERP processes and data successfully, deliver upgrade-safe customizations and integrations, minimize post-launch defects, support user adoption, and provide high-quality documentation for support teams.
