FIRCOSOFT Developer

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience as a Fircosoft developer
• Technical skills in Java, J2EE, SOAP, web services, and APIs
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain Fircosoft compliance and sanctions-screening applications, including Firco Continuity and Firco Trust
• Install and configure filtering software, profiles, rule sets, and workflows for real-time and batch transaction screening across SWIFT, wire, and ACH channels
• Analyze screening results, reduce false positives, and tune matching rules to improve accuracy and operational efficiency
• Integrate Fircosoft platforms with Oracle or MS SQL databases and IBM MQ or Kafka messaging systems to manage customer and transaction data feeds
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and Unix/Linux shell scripts to support automation and backend stability
