Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI Polygraph (within the last 5 years)
- U.S. citizenship, required for clearance eligibility
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 8 years of full-stack software development experience
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration
- Experience building DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Secure coding experience aligned with OWASP and NIST 800-53
- DoD 8140 compliance, including CompTIA Security+ or an equivalent certification
- Preferred: Software development experience on Intelligence Community programs
- Preferred: Experience with Iron Bank or DCAR hardened containers
- Preferred: Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or Ansible
- Preferred: Experience implementing Zero Trust architecture (NIST 800-207)
- Preferred: Experience integrating AI/ML into software platforms
- Preferred: CISSP, Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS), or AWS Solutions Architect certification
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications in a classified environment
- Build responsive front-end interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue, and back-end services using Python or Java, and integrate them
- Deploy and manage containerized applications
- Build and maintain DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines for secure, continuous delivery
- Apply secure coding practices aligned with OWASP guidelines and NIST 800-53 controls
- Architect and implement Zero Trust network and application designs
- Work with program security officers, data engineers, and mission stakeholders to turn requirements into working software
