Full Stack Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience building backend applications, APIs, or microservices with Rust and Python.
• Hands-on experience developing and using RESTful APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development tools to code generation, testing, debugging, documentation, code reviews, and software design.
• Strong Rust and Python programming skills, with knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean-code practices.
• Experience building and operating microservices in distributed environments.
• Understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization, including OAuth2, JWT, and service-to-service authentication.
• Experience with Python package and dependency management tools such as pip or Poetry.
• Working knowledge of Docker and experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Cloud-platform exposure, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, is highly desirable; cloud-native services, container orchestration, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation experience are a plus.
• Formal cloud training and recognized cloud certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing business and technical needs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, enhance, and maintain scalable microservices and backend platform components using Rust and Python.
• Develop API-first solutions in line with OpenAPI standards and best practices.
• Use AI-driven development techniques and tools to improve software development, testing, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams on robust, scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, and performance issues, and optimize systems.
• Create and run unit, integration, and automated tests to support software quality and reliability.
• Track emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and engineering practices, and assess their relevance to our organization.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, design discussions, and best practices.
• Coordinate with DevOps and release engineering teams to deploy features and production improvements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and operational runbooks.
• Improve our development processes, tools, and platform architecture.
• Apply software design patterns and engineering best practices to deliver maintainable, scalable, and secure solutions.
