Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Requirements:

• Roughly 1 to 3 years of experience in software development or a related area is preferred.
• Working knowledge of front-end and back-end fundamentals, including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with databases and building or consuming APIs.
• Basic understanding of version control tools such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from senior developers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with a modern framework such as React or Next.js is beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or managed database services such as Supabase is beneficial.
• Exposure to AI-powered or data-driven product development is beneficial.
• Self-starter approach, ownership, adaptability, and interest in growing into greater responsibility are beneficial.
• Interest in recruiting, HR technology, or job search and our mission to help job seekers succeed is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain features across the front end and back end alongside senior developers.
• Write, test, and debug clean, readable, maintainable code.
• Assist with building and integrating APIs and database queries.
• Help implement responsive, user-facing interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Troubleshoot issues and help maintain application performance and reliability.
• Support daily development work and contribute to ongoing platform improvements.
