Full Stack Web Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of professional experience building scalable, customer-facing web applications
• AI literacy and ability to use AI-enabled development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade web systems
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Experience building scalable back-end services using Node.js or similar runtimes
• Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and secure service integrations
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Vercel
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern DevOps practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong system design, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Commitment to writing high-performance, maintainable, well-tested code
• Ability to contribute to architectural decisions and mentor other developers
• Preferred: Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and production deployment workflows

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the digital platform stack
• Lead CMS architecture and component strategy so marketing teams can publish high-quality content through industry-standard content management platforms
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and turn business objectives into scalable technical solutions and reusable components
• Develop and integrate platforms, tools, and services supporting e-commerce, lead generation, and quote conversion
• Build and oversee responsive, high-performance front-end experiences using modern frameworks
• Design and maintain secure, performant back-end services, APIs, and data models
• Set and uphold coding standards, architecture patterns, and development best practices
• Lead code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction
• Oversee third-party integrations in accordance with enterprise security and data governance standards
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and business analysts to improve SEO, site performance, and digital conversion metrics
• Own deployment strategy, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and production support
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled development tools, and drive continuous platform improvement
• Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews; validate requirements and translate them into actionable development work
• Write business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; create process maps, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and solution designs
• Perform gap analysis and current- and future-state assessments; analyze data and reporting needs and define success metrics and acceptance criteria
• Assess the effects of proposed changes on scope, timelines, and dependent systems; prioritize and refine the backlog with product owners and stakeholders
• Connect business teams and developers, and support user acceptance testing, including test scenarios, defect triage, and sign-off
• Document decisions, assumptions, and open risks; communicate status and prepare clear technical and functional documentation
• Plan and conduct unit, integration, and regression testing across releases
• Support change management and training to encourage adoption of new features
