Hardware Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of related engineering experience in electronic hardware design.
• Proficiency in PCB schematic capture and layout.
• Strong understanding of EMC/EMI and functional safety principles.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent lawful U.S. residency.
• Automotive or commercial vehicle industry experience is beneficial but not required.
• Embedded C/C++ programming experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical schematic capture and PCB design and layout, primarily using Altium.
• Test, verify, and troubleshoot personally designed boards to meet performance and quality standards.
• Apply EMC/EMI and functional safety principles during design to support reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to mechatronics product development and collaborate across teams to transition designs into production.
• Work with customers as needed to ensure designs meet performance requirements; travel is minimal.
