Help Desk Technician

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with help desk support, Windows 10, WAN, CCNA-related networking, and O365.
• Strong understanding of system and network security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as CCNA or CompTIA A+, are a plus.
• A bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to users experiencing hardware, software, or application issues.
• Resolve incidents or escalate them as needed while meeting service level agreements.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software to support network performance.
• Provide technical support for Windows 10, WAN, and O365.
• Perform system backups and recovery procedures to maintain data integrity and availability.
• Maintain knowledge of networking components, including CCNA-related technologies.
• Collaborate with the IT team to support reliable operation of software and systems.
• Work with executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders to define business and systems goals and address related issues.
• Create and maintain documentation covering system configurations, mappings, processes, and service records.
• Keep up to date with technology and industry developments to support efficiency and productivity.
