HVAC Technical Support Specialist

Requirements:

• Previous hands-on experience in HVAC service, installation, maintenance, or technical support
• Experience with inverter technology or a strong background in electrical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC equipment
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC controls
• Strong understanding of HVAC electrical components and system operation
• Ability to explain technical information clearly over the phone
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and computer skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
• Availability to work full-time in an office in Medley, Florida

Responsibilities:

• Provide phone-based technical support to HVAC contractors, service technicians, and customers
• Diagnose HVAC malfunctions involving electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues
• Help technicians troubleshoot inverter-driven and variable-speed equipment
• Interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical specifications
• Guide technicians through diagnostics, system testing, and corrective actions
• Troubleshoot compressors, motors, circuit boards, sensors, and other electrical components
• Answer questions about equipment installation, operation, and product specifications
• Document technical inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Coordinate with internal departments to address complex technical issues
• Deliver professional customer service and clear technical explanations
