ICT Engagement Coordinator (EU Citizens Only)

We are looking for an ICT Engagement Coordinator to support ICT projects and infrastructure initiatives within a European Institution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate ICT projects and technical initiatives from planning to delivery.

Facilitate collaboration between infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, service desk, and business teams.

Organize project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.

Track project plans, risks, dependencies, actions, and deliverables.

Support supplier coordination, procurement activities, and service transitions.

Prepare status reports, dashboards, and management updates.

Requirements

3+ years of experience coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives.

Experience with infrastructure projects involving multiple technical teams.

Experience with project and service management tools.

English B2.

PM², PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification.
