Informatica Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL and data extraction, separation, loading, migration, analysis, and conversion
• At least 3 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• At least 3 years of experience with Informatica Developer
• Experience with SQL Server programming
• Experience creating data visualizations with Power BI
• Experience working in a PostgreSQL database environment
• Experience using Power BI and SQL to run queries and analyze data
• Experience working with government systems such as SharePoint and ServiceNow, and with government stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience supporting federal government customers
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Jira
• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
• Preferred: Experience supporting federal SAP S/4HANA business application development and data migration through a requirements-driven lifecycle
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust government clearance
• U.S. citizenship is required for this government agency role

Responsibilities:

• Extract and load data using Informatica and complex programming languages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during requirements sessions
• Develop queries in an AWS PostgreSQL database
• Work with the Lead Informatica Developer to establish data extraction and loading strategies
• Partner with analysts to clarify requirements and prepare them for development
• Create data visualizations in Power BI
• Coordinate with data owners to validate information, including reconciling transaction details with summary records such as commitments and obligations against General Ledger balances
• Prepare and support unit and end-to-end integration migration test plans covering extraction, transformation, loading, and data validation
• Support requirements development, conduct data analysis, and prepare data for conversion activities
