IT Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of technical support experience, preferably in a consulting role
• Extensive experience with the technologies and platforms listed in the role description, including MDM, SSO, MFA, Slack, Azure, macOS, Windows, Intune, imaging, deployment, iOS, Android, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, AV systems, scripting, Meraki, and Atlassian
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage client expectations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and stakeholders
• Knowledge of SLA tracking and management
• Commitment to continuous learning and keeping current with technology industry developments

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex client issues across a range of technologies and platforms
• Track and manage SLAs to meet agreed resolution timelines and maintain client satisfaction
• Help deploy new systems and technologies and decommission outdated systems
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, sharing knowledge and strengthening the teams capabilities
• Monitor developments in the technology services industry and apply relevant insights to improve services and solutions
