IT Project Manager

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet for managing timelines, backlogs, and resources.
• A bachelors degree and at least 7 years of project management experience, including 3 years supporting IT initiatives, or at least 11 years of related business experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple complex IT projects and programs with significant organizational impact.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance materials to support successful delivery.
• Identify risks, issues, and resource constraints early and put mitigation strategies in place.
• Work with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to align priorities and achieve results.
• Report project performance clearly and concisely, and support executive decisions by presenting options, trade-offs, and potential solutions.
