IT Project Manager - Marketing Technology

Requirements:

• Strong IT project management experience.
• Excellent ability to organize complex, evolving technology initiatives and work effectively when requirements or solutions are not fully defined.
• Strong skills in managing ambiguity and a proactive, action-oriented approach to project delivery.
• Ability to independently identify next steps and drive teams toward action.
• Experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical dependencies without personally architecting the solution.
• Ability to work closely with Product and Engineering teams and maintain alignment across groups.
• Marketing experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize IT projects supporting marketing and content-related technology initiatives.
• Manage project work involving content assembly and creation.
• Coordinate initiatives involving DAM and CSM systems.
• Establish project structure and plans while requirements, systems, designs, or solutions are evolving.
• Break ambiguous initiatives into organized, actionable workstreams.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies, blockers, risks, and unresolved decisions.
• Proactively advance projects with limited day-to-day direction.
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions and maintain alignment among stakeholder groups.
• Track commitments and dependencies through completion.
• Use Jira and Smartsheet to organize and track project work.

This role supports marketing and content technology work in an environment with significant ambiguity and evolving systems, designs, and solutions.
