IT Specialist

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT support role
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing; automotive experience is preferred
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Good communication skills
• Experience troubleshooting computers
• Basic understanding of networks and servers

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to our staff and troubleshoot PCs, user accounts, printers, Microsoft 365, and basic network and server issues
• Install and update company software and hardware, and manage relevant licenses and certificates
• Coordinate with our third-party IT vendor as needed
• Research and report on technology costs
• Support our ERP system
• Perform other duties as directed
