IT Support Specialist

Requirements:

• Experience troubleshooting computers, networks, and workplace technology
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and employee account management
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and provide friendly, responsive support
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and preventing them from recurring
• Flexibility to manage time independently while meeting support needs
• Availability to provide on-site support across locations in Northwest Arkansas

Responsibilities:

• Set up, distribute, and troubleshoot computers, printers, Wi-Fi, phones, tablets, and other technology
• Create and manage Google Workspace and email accounts, passwords, access permissions, and technology arrangements for new and departing employees
• Help maintain secure systems, device protection, backups, cybersecurity practices, and HIPAA-conscious access controls
• Travel between our Northwest Arkansas locations to troubleshoot issues and assist employees
• Identify opportunities to improve technology, streamline processes, and make systems more efficient and user-friendly
