Requirements:
- Hands-on experience supporting desktops and hardware, troubleshooting issues, and working with scanners and other peripherals
- Familiarity with Office 365 and some networking
- Smart, ambitious, personable, resourceful, and confident working independently
- Meraki experience is a strong plus
Responsibilities:
- Handle the day-to-day IT needs of the assigned site
- Provide onsite desktop and hardware support and troubleshoot scanners, peripherals, and related issues
- Work independently as the sole IT person at the location

We are hiring five IT Support Specialists, with one position at each of our locations in Miami, Florida; Fort Worth, Texas; Frankfort, Kentucky; Caledon, Ontario; and Brantford, Ontario. These roles are fully onsite, with a base salary of $60,000 and potential to earn up to $65,000 for strong candidates.
