IT Support Specialist

Requirements:

• Strong data entry skills and the ability to monitor reports in a complaint database.
• No degree or certification is required.
• Background checks may not be required.
• No vaccination is required for on-site work.
• Training will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Receive calls and correspondence from other state agencies and record complaint next steps and outcomes.
• Conduct safety checks related to reported allegations of abuse.
• Navigate NIMRS, Concerts, and MHPD to complete complaint and safety-check tasks.
• Use Verizon Virtual Contact Center to receive Customer Relations contacts.
• Create, enter, modify, and update complaints in the NIMRS database.
• Monitor the complaint database to support timely, high-quality responses.
• Help Field Office complaint staff troubleshoot issues in NIMRS.
• Help providers troubleshoot safety checks in NIMRS.
• Coordinate with providers to ensure safety-check contacts are entered correctly in MHPD.
• Provide technical assistance on entering incident data and running reports from the NIMRS menu.

We offer a pay range of $27.00–$28.00 per hour. The position allows up to 3,900 regular hours under an authorized user agreement; overtime and holiday hours are not allocated, and the maximum hours are not guaranteed.
