IT Support Technician - Parma

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or technical support
• Experience assisting end users in an onsite support setting
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable IT service management and ticketing platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and common business applications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between local sites as needed
• Preferred: healthcare IT or multi-site support experience
• Preferred: networking and connectivity troubleshooting experience
• Preferred: device deployment and inventory management experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support for clinic and office staff across multiple locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity problems
• Respond to support tickets and resolve them promptly
• Support workstations, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Help end users with system access, applications, and technology questions
• Coordinate with internal IT teams to address escalated issues
• Record troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical procedures
• Help maintain equipment inventory and deploy devices
• Keep technology functional and reliable to support daily clinic operations
