Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8, 11, or 17+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud.
- Experience with microservices architecture, Kafka or RabbitMQ, REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger.
- Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Banking or payments domain experience is preferred, including exposure to core banking, digital payments, or fraud systems.
- Understanding of PCI-DSS, encryption, and audit logging is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead our backend development team.
- Architect and design microservices using Spring Boot.
- Drive technical delivery from end to end.
- Build RESTful APIs and integrations.
- Improve microservices performance and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior engineers.
