Java MSB Developer

Requirements:

• We require 8+ years of full-stack application development experience, including hands-on work with Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and enterprise applications.
• Were looking for strong Java application development experience with Spring Boot.
• Candidates should have experience building full-stack applications with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• We require experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Candidates should understand software development best practices, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Were looking for experience with unit testing frameworks and code quality standards.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• We require experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Candidates should be able to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with onsite and offshore teams are expected.
• Experience implementing AI chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions is sought.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations is desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is desirable.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments is desirable.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions is desirable.
• This is a W2 contract opportunity; we will consider only candidates with independent visas.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and related technologies.
• Build, enhance, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for business-critical applications.
• Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, and application performance optimization.
• Guide offshore development teams by resolving technical challenges and supporting successful delivery.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow best practices for code quality, security, testing, and software development lifecycle processes.
• Contribute to AI chatbot and RAG initiatives when applicable.
