Requirements:

• We need someone with 5+ years of full-time business experience.
• We need at least 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• We value strong verbal and written communication skills.
• We need experience presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating across multiple organizational levels.
• We need the ability to communicate beyond the team and help clear impediments.
• We look for coaching capability and the ability to explain complex ideas and introduce new concepts.
• We need conflict resolution and mediation skills.
• We expect an understanding of software development lifecycle disciplines.
• We prefer working knowledge of practices that support agility, including CI/CD and automated testing.
• We value familiarity with Agile frameworks and practices such as Kanban, Scrumban, XP, and mob programming.
• We need the ability to use different approaches to remove blockers and strengthen team effectiveness.
• We look for demonstrated leadership by example and a commitment to continuous learning.
• We require a bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• We need candidates who are willing and able to work on a W2 basis.

Responsibilities:

• We coach Agile Squads and Product Owners on Scrum values, principles, and effective backlog management.
• We facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help teams get value from Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
• We encourage self-organization, continuous improvement, cross-functionality, and software craftsmanship.
• We use observation and data to identify team needs and support inspect-and-adapt practices with metrics and feedback loops.
• We remove or escalate impediments and protect teams from outside interference.
• We foster a trusting, safe environment for collaborative problem solving and learning.
• We coordinate communication within and across squads and with the Agile Center.
• We model servant leadership and an agile mindset while encouraging innovative thinking and growth.
• We support risk identification, assessment, and reporting in line with organizational policies.
