Lead Business Analyst - Onsite

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a team lead
• Strong expertise in third-party risk management, information security, and operational risk
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet formulas, Excel automation, and financial statement analysis
• Knowledge of SOC reviews, including SOC 1 Type 2, controls, and control enhancements
• Experience as a business analyst in the mortgage industry
• Understanding of the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of manual and automated testing
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• IT audit experience is desired
• Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team focused on third-party risk management and information security
• Serve as a business analyst in the mortgage industry, bridging business and technical teams
• Gather requirements and conduct business analysis
• Design process and data flows, along with technical specifications
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Define project objectives and assess feasibility
• Support development, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Create and document UAT strategies, plans, and test cases or scripts
• Support the full software development lifecycle
