Lead EUC Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in collaboration systems administration and engineering
• Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Product management skills
• Ability to engage with a global team and provide coaching and oversight
• Strong organization and task-management skills, with the ability to meet timeline and budget constraints
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and master diverse technologies and techniques
