Lead Full Stack Developer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, SQL (such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle), REST API development, systems integration, and Git
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Experience working directly with business users
• Preferred experience with NetSuite ERP, WMS or TMS platforms, e-commerce systems, Amazon or Walmart Marketplace integrations, Shopify, inventory management systems, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Azure, authentication and API security, or supply chain, wholesale distribution, logistics, and order fulfillment technology
• Familiarity and comfort working in a Hasidic business environment are highly valued; Yiddish language skills are a plus but are not required

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack business applications
• Create REST APIs and integrations among NetSuite, e-commerce marketplaces, shipping platforms, and internal applications
• Lead the continued development of our Warehouse Management System
• Build features with JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, and related technologies
• Design scalable solutions that improve business operations
• Work with our Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Sales teams to gather requirements
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve existing applications
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance
• Help establish our technical architecture and future development standards
• Take ownership of our mission-critical software systems
