Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Hybrid Cloud & Automation

Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of Microsoft Windows experience, including requirements development, systems design, integration, and validation
• At least 5 years of Azure or AWS experience implementing enterprise-scale identity management and hybrid automation solutions
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop 7.x, DAAS, Gateway, NetScaler, and Machine Creation Services (MCS) provisioning
• Proficiency in DevOps principles and automation tools, including Python, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, and ARM templates
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, networking, virtualization, containerization, and Entra, Azure, or AWS services
• Ability to design highly resilient solutions and explain technical concepts to audiences with varied backgrounds and levels of seniority
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, or Microsoft certifications are preferred

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable, secure Windows, Citrix, AWS, and Azure environments, applying software engineering practices with an emphasis on automation and zero-trust architecture
• Administer and support large-scale on-premises and hybrid multi-cloud infrastructure, including identity and access management systems
• Build automation processes with PowerShell, Bash, and Python to streamline Windows and Azure technologies and security and compliance tools
• Work with cybersecurity teams to advance security initiatives, including threat management and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Promote, implement, and mentor teams in adopting Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Establish comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and reporting for global infrastructure, covering uptime, performance, and capacity management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure initiatives
