Lead Java Developer

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in Java/J2EE application development, XML and related web technologies, IBM Cúram, the Cúram Enterprise Framework and Solution Modules, full SDLC, Social Enterprise Management applications, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Mandatory Cúram V6, V7, or V8 Certified Developer certification; Cúram V8 certification is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework components, IEG2, CERT, Eclipse, HTML, CSS, SOAP, WSDL, Oracle platforms and tools, and state government IT environments.
• At least 3 years of experience with Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Cúram Web Services, AWS or other cloud development, Python, JavaScript, and IBM WebSphere.
• Must be available to work W2 directly with us; C2C and third-party candidates are not accepted.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder and local to Raleigh, NC, or able to work from that location.
• Must be comfortable with hybrid work and on-site work when required, and available for some local travel if needed.
• Must be able to start promptly and commit to the assignment duration.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, ReactJS, and IBM Cúram.
• Work with the Cúram Enterprise Framework, solution modules, business rules, interfaces, batch development, web services, and application integration.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, functional design, development, and testing.
• Identify problems, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
