Lead QA Test Automation Engineer (Hybrid Onsite)

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Hands-on experience with Playwright test automation
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks and Gherkin scenarios
• Experience using XRay, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio
• Experience building automated UI, functional, and regression tests
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional development teams

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright
• Create BDD-based scenarios and automated regression tests
• Perform automated, manual, functional, integration, and smoke testing as needed
• Manage test cases, execution, and traceability using XRay
• Support QA, SIT, and UAT activities throughout project releases
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Take part in Agile ceremonies and requirements reviews
• Work with business stakeholders and the development team to validate requirements and maintain product quality
