MDM Technical Product Lead - Informatica 360

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, MDM development, or integration architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Informatica Customer 360 and Reference 360.
• Experience with Customer or Party MDM for individual and non-individual entities.
• Proficiency in SQL, Informatica, ETL frameworks, and data integration tools.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs and messaging or event platforms such as Kafka or MQ.
• Knowledge of data modeling, governance, lineage, and real-time and batch architectures.
• Banking or finance domain experience, including core banking, CIS, and risk or compliance areas such as KYC.
• Agile experience writing user stories and test cases in Jira.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms and exposure to Azure, AWS, or hybrid architectures.
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of data warehousing, transformation methods, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases, ability to write SAS, and familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide and Cognos.
• Preferred experience with microservices architecture, domain-driven design, DevOps and CI/CD automation, or large-scale data transformation programs.
• Bachelors degree and 6 years of experience in Data Management or Data Analytics, or a high school diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in those fields.
• Must be willing and able to work on a W-2 basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and optimization of Informatica Customer 360 and Reference 360, from source ingestion through downstream use.
• Design and govern MDM architecture, integration patterns, golden record management, and match-and-merge frameworks.
• Build and manage batch and real-time data pipelines using API-driven and event-driven approaches.
• Improve enterprise data quality, profiling, exception reporting, and issue resolution for data warehouses and analytics.
• Develop dashboards and modern analytics to support business insights and special data projects.
• Enforce enterprise data policies, complete month-end validations, and train or mentor team members.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including source-to-target mappings and data dictionaries.
• Advance data management capabilities and support a multi-year roadmap.
• Collaborate across banking units and stay informed about emerging technologies.
• Produce key deliverables such as MDM architecture designs, data models, integration mappings, and performance frameworks.

The advertised salary range is $120,978–$209,696 per year; pay is determined in part by skills, experience, and other compensable factors.
