Mobile SDET/QA Automation Engineer

Requirements:

• We require 5–8+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, or development.
• We require 2+ years of experience with Python (preferred) or Java.
• Experience with mobile testing.
• Experience with frontend web frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, Appium, or similar.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Strong Jira experience.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL for querying and verifying data integrity during testing.
• Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of RESTful web services and API testing.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and flexibility in working hours to collaborate across time zones.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and attention to detail when identifying edge cases, rare situations, and hidden dependencies.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills for working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• A positive approach to continuous improvement and learning, including mentoring others in test automation best practices.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• We expect you to write, design, and implement automated and manual tests across unit, integration, and system levels to support the reliability and performance of our mobile software.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to evaluate software performance, functionality, and usability.
• Explore and analyze existing and new features, processes, and user flows to create comprehensive, effective test scenarios.
• Diagnose issues and develop appropriate testing solutions.
