.NET Developer (C#, SQL & Azure)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET development
• Experience developing and supporting SQL Server databases
• Experience building and supporting business applications in a production environment
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and application architecture
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teammates and business users
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available
• This role does not consider Corp-to-Corp, third-party consulting, or subcontracting arrangements
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, or Azure API integrations
• Preferred: Experience with data migration, ETL, systems integration, ERP systems, or enterprise business applications
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or similar ERP platforms

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support custom applications using C# and .NET
• Build and maintain ASP.NET applications and internal business systems
• Develop integrations among ERP platforms, internal applications, and third-party systems
• Create and support data synchronization processes, APIs, and automation workflows
• Work with SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and data structures
• Participate in ETL processes, data migrations, and file-based integrations
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvement and automation opportunities

We are seeking a .NET Developer for our growing internal technology team supporting a large, highly transactional business environment in the Greater Knoxville, Tennessee area. This direct-hire W-2 role requires regular onsite attendance. Our Microsoft-based environment includes C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, Azure services, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central. The work spans custom development, integrations, automation, and cloud modernization rather than focusing on a single application. We are expanding our Azure footprint and moving existing services toward cloud-native architectures. You will join a collaborative IT organization of approximately 10–12 team members and work with experienced technical leadership, developers, administrators, business stakeholders, and IT leaders.
